Humphrey Law Heath Socks® do not have tight, circulation reducing, tops. They are described on the label as "No Elastic" in styles that use the synthetic fibre for stretch. In styles containing elastomeric for stretch the label description is "No Tight Elastic". The No Elastic styles have the lowest possible leg and foot pressure as the stretch is obtained from the synthetic fibre - not elastomeric.
